The Life Map Session is a single guided conversation that shows you who you are right now, where you lost the thread, and where you actually want to go.

This is where the real version of you, the one underneath all the roles and the exhaustion and the performance, actually wants to be.

Most women leave this session with more clarity than they’ve had in years. Everything else is built from what the map reveals.

Six weeks of structured 1:1 coaching built from what your Life Map reveals. Week by week you’ll build nervous system capacity, get honest about what isn’t working, and begin to move through your life with more intention and considerably less white-knuckling.

This isn’t a predetermined program handed to everyone. It’s built around your specific terrain, history, patterns, your capacity, and what your map showed us you actually need.

Breathwork sessions are included.

Movement sessions in a dedicated private studio on the corner of Brooklyn Park/Champlin — calm, contained, and built entirely around you. Whether you’re recovering from injury, managing a chronic condition, rebuilding after a long time away, or simply ready to move again, these sessions meet your body exactly where it is.

Functional Pilates, strength and mobility work, nervous system regulation woven throughout. Every session is personalized to your body, your history, and your capacity that day.
